I have noticed some hard cyst on the top of my both testis which is continuously growing . What is that ? I need to know .

Hello sir I have done blood and urine test because ! From last 2-3 month I have leg ache and hand ache so in urine report show that blood and 1-2 rbc is it serous or any thing else
