Kidney Problems

My father,aged 79 years had a psa of 6.01. Which after 2 months increased to 6.23.we got TRUS and MP MRI which showed a 6 mm suspicious nodule and pirads 4.biopsy was carried out but the report of biopsy is also inconclusive.attached report.pls advise.

I've been facing inflammation under my foreskin for a while. I've consulted 3 dermatologist . I've been given different antibiotics and different creams by them saying it's balanitis. I have inflammation under my foreskin and the inside of my skin itches. Sometimes when I pee it burns. The medicines prescribed were I-tyza 100, xystal tablet and momos T cream. They made no effect at all. The inflammation is still the same. What is the best doctor I must consult with a urologist or a Dermatologist?

From past 3-4 days I am having severe pain during urination at the end. Also I always feel my bladder is full and feeling urgent to urinate, but when I go it is just a small amount. Also after urination some discomfort and pain will be there for 5-10 mins.

April 2: Advised Widal, urine, and CBC tests. April 4: Widal positive, low platelets. Switched doctor. Becasule Z, Dolo SOS. April 7: Platelets 2.32 lakh. Started Cefixime 200 mg x2/day. April 12: Fever persisted. Further tests. April 14: Urine infection: pus cells 15–20/hpf, bacteria+, trace albumin. Typhidot negative. Platelets 2.82 lakh. Added Martifur. April 15–17: Fever continued 99–102°F. Now: extreme weakness, low appetite, sleep all day. Is this timeline normal? Should I see a urologist or continue current treatment?

From last 3 to 4 years i had been suffering from urinate problem,  I couldn't wait for urinate more time, and i feel little pain if urine loaded more.

I am student studying in kota. When I came here in class i felt that my trousers are wet i thought it might be a misunderstanding then after 2 months i felt it isn't a misunderstanding something is leaking.. then I had uti i had medicine of it but it isnt going well..then I had to come to home because of this my studies suffered the most.. i had seen in utube that I have a vvf but i haven't had a operation or anything so it isn't possible according to doctors. I had reached every possible doctor urologist to gynae but no-one understood my problem this problem emotionally scattered me then i went to Apollo  there my gynaec told me that my vaginal opening is open   then she told me that its vaginal infection but after medicine the fluid didn't stopped completely but now I went to kota again and now im facing same issues i had seen that,whole urine is coming out of vagina . no dr is understanding my condition.can i ever live a nrml life considering my age could it be vvf?

My 1 year old son has done Cystourethroscopy+Puv fulguration under GA and after the doctor has asked to do a test.. would like to know what is that test for?
