Kidney Problems

I have a constant red spot on my penis glans that doesn't go away, it is only visible clearly when erect or semi erect. While flaccid I cannot see it. Also I have been diagnosed with balanitis, but the red spot is present since a long time before balanitis. Have been suffering from balanitis since October 2024. Have used candid cream (without steroids) for 20 days last time. I have stopped medication a month back but seeing some dryness on my penis head and cracks near corona area. Here is no pain, no discomfort nothing. Question 1: what can be the red spot ? Question 2: do I still have balanitis or is it only irritation/ dryness ?

I'm from Hyderabad.I'm 29 year old male . I'm single not married no children. I'm facing problem of vericocele grade 2 with very low sperm count and prostate enlargement problem also .I go so many urologist and andrologist .they didn't guide me properly. especially they didn't give  time to me just only 3 to 5  mint and they prescribe some medicine and nothing others.they didn't let me how I manage my life know . I have facing pain . I'm not married also so know what is my life future so please guide me in this situation .

I am a 32 year old woman... I had kidney stones from may 2024. Today my doctor advised for USG KUB and PVR test, there were no kidney stones but the prevoid is 347 cc and postvoid is 45 cc. Is it normal or is there any blockage in the bladder. Please suggest.

I don't have diabetes or BP still my gfr is 87 in blood test. I have UTI though. Does Uti causes gfr to decrease? What can be the other causes?

For the past 2 days, I have been going to the washroom for 15-20 times a day for urination. Also I have some pain in the penial region not all the time but some very little and dull pain is there. I thought this happened due to dehydration, so I started taking a lot of fluids and the urination increased. What could be the reason.

There is a solid lump at the entrance of anal which was look like a blood clot vein . It was painful when pressed or discomfort too , now zero pain or discomfort but the lump is still there . No constipation. Help to get rid of this lump .
