An ultrasound Doppler report shows: Grade III/IV varicocele on the left side Dilated pampiniform veins >3 mm Reflux present both at rest and during Valsalva maneuver I’ve also been experiencing: Visible swelling of scrotal veins Dull pain in the scrotum and lower abdomen Pain worsens while standing for long or walking A local urologist has recommended microsurgical varicocelectomy, but I would like to know your expert opinion before proceeding. Could you kindly help me with the following: Do you think surgery is necessary in this case? Is microsurgical varicocelectomy the best approach for me? Are there any non-surgical options I should consider first? What are the risks and long-term results if I delay or avoid surgery? Can I consult you in person, or do you offer video consultation for second opinion?

Hello doctor, I think I may have phimosis. My foreskin does not pull back at all over the head of my penis. There is no pain, swelling, or infection, but it has always been this way. I just want to know if this needs treatment, and whether stretching or creams can help. I'm not looking for surgery unless it's necessary. Thank you.

I feel burning inflammation while urinating and feel like pee again and again but this is only happen when I feel sexually aroused and masturbate for sometime. I have also IBD and focal mucosal inflammation disease which I take medicine for that. But why this burning sensation while urinating feel? And feel like want to pee again and again?

74 yr male, Hypertension. Has vertigo history.  Since few days BP remains low. Feels dizzy at times. No diabetes. Has low back pain. Nocturia. Rare pain in urination. Normal flow. Recent diagnosis of prostate 33 cc in usg.  Increased echogenicity bilateral renal parenchyma. PSA 0.503.  Creatinine 1.4. Urine RM occasional pus cells. No other urology test done. 1) Is there a serious condition? 2) Can this be cured? 3) What treatment is suggested?

I had kidney stone 1cm and right hydronephrosis few months ago then I took homeopathy medicine which took 2 weeks to take out the stone but I had foamy urine since before taking homeopathy and I think I have uti aswell because my lower part of stomach hurts while pee I did urine test like culture and routine nothing has been found as for uti now my concern is foamy and smelly urine what should I do I am not diabetic nor I have high blood pressure I am attaching few reports

Hello Doctor, Since last 1 month, i am having mild burning pain while urination and after urination also. Also slight pain and discomfort in urethra. Also it feels like bladder is not emptying fully after urination and also always feels like urination but small amount of urination happens. After urination, 2 to 3 drops urine dribble out once i seat on my chair immediately. I have done reports like Routine urine, Urine culture, Diabetes, Chlamydia IG, Gonorea , HIV, VDRL, KFT, LFT test, and CBC. All reports are normal. No UTI or no STI as per my Doctor. Normal KUB USG. My doctor has given me Cefpodoxime Proxetil (200mg) + Clavulanic Acid (125mg) for 10 days. Slight improvement but after finishing if the medication, pain comes again. I am in too much stress and tension since last 1 month. Request to help and advise please sir.

My grandma has diabetes and she is on medication now she is facing burning in owe and frequent urination what has help relieve it

Doctor I used migrafen tablets a lot , I want to check whether my kidney function is good or not . What are the tests I should check for, any ultrasound tests, to ensure my kidneys are working fine
