Hi sir i have diagnosed with bilateral varicocele grade 3. my sperm parameters are sperm count:-25per/ml total ejaculation:-125 ml motility :-13% morphology:-1 testosterone:-5 fsh:-2 lh:-2.20 doctor suggested me to take microsurgey for varicocele or take medicine to see imporvement motility & morphology for 3 months. can you please anyone suggest what to do if i do surgery does it improve my sperm parameters note:- married 1.5 years back no children.

I was having phimosis so to avoid surgery I  tried natural remedies like aloevera gel and coconut oil regularly for few days and pulled the foreskin behind and it got stuck behind only. After 2 days a ring like structure is formed which is swollen and some swelling below the frenulum also is seen. Now I'm worried how will my foreskin get back to normal position. Can it be cured without surgery? It's been already 3 days with this condition. What should I do? I'm located in Mumbai.

Hi Doctor, I’m Rahul. I’ve been facing premature ejaculation for a few months, and had erection issues during the first time with my new partner. Since then, erections are mostly fine, but I overthink before sex — whether I’ll last or get an erection — and that causes early ejaculation. My daughter had urine infection ,and so many iv injection medicine and now doctors said urine in clear Even though urine frequency is reduced My daughter whenever drinks lot of water goes every half an hour to washroom If limits water intake then can control for atleast 3 hours But not yet come to normal ,has a feel to pee if not distracted... I have given  for culture test Her scan showed internal echoes shows bladder minimal wall thickening 5.8 mm suggestive of cystitis ...does she need to take any medicine for cystitis
