Kidney Problems

I have balantisis. I observed that an uneven bump like thing next to the external urethral or penis lip. No pain. But it is there for many months. Can you please suggest what is the issue? Please see the pics

From last week I am having pain and burning sensation while passing urine. I have a history of kidney stones and this seems like how stone is stuck in the urethra . I was drinking a lot of water hoping to pass it. Yesterday I got some pain in my left side kidney so I went for an ultrasound today . The doctor checked and said there is nothing in the left kidney and in the urethra he was not able to see any stone but some swelling in the right kidney . He suggested that I go for a urine test for a potential UTI. also he said it can be a stone but may be so small taht it's not visible in ultrasound. I am still having a lot of sharp pain while passing urine. Attached are my urine test reports. Can some one please identfy if it's a UTI or just a passing stone

Hi Doctor, I have undergone TESE procedure on right testes, on account of IVF ICSI for my wife. I had my ultrasound Scrotum Scan before the TESE procedure which was normal. It's been 3 weeks post procedure, when I checked my testes by pressing, I did feel a lump kind of lump or small bulge apart from right testes ball. Please advise if this has to be investigated and should I get the ultrasound scrotal scan redone to understand the status of my testes. Is this normal? When sleeping, I do not feel comfortable to sleep on sides due to mild pain and feeling of squeezing.

I have focal prostatitis( prostate inflammation) and semen discharge takes place everyday at night, whole night continuous erection and non stop discharge takes place.
