Kidney Problems

Penile MD last morethan 3 months bcz of vigorous masturbation Symptoms are: Burning sensation in penis, scrotum and pelvic area when the skin is expanded by hand on that area. And skin colour change to black and some nerves looks like dark blue. Some time I feel neuropathic pain also, like pinning tingling. Please suggest some medicine (tablet and ointment) and injection if needed.

Operated upon TURP in 2018 at  Artemis Hospital  gurugram by Dr  Kotwal and since 2018 taking Calutide-50, should I continue Or stop now ?

Hi, My friend got to know he got kidney stone in right kidney -4.5 mm , non obstructing since 2 years . He joined gym and undergoing fatloss program with personal trainer . As part of that , he was suggested to use whey protein , pre work out supplements and creatinine supplement for 3-4 months . We have being seeing mixed reviews on creatinine and pre work out supplements. Can he use it ? If not what are the alternatives?

Doctors , can you clarify this one thing. For years I have been applying the pressure from the area between scortum and anus to flush out the remaining urine, where after dribbling there is an urge to use that pressure then the remaining urine comes out with stream. Is it normal? or i shouldn't be using that?
