Kidney Problems

Hi Doctor, I have undergone TESE procedure on right testes, on account of IVF ICSI for my wife. I had my ultrasound Scrotum Scan before the TESE procedure which was normal. It's been 3 weeks post procedure, when I checked my testes by pressing, I did feel a lump kind of lump or small bulge apart from right testes ball. Please advise if this has to be investigated and should I get the ultrasound scrotal scan redone to understand the status of my testes. Is this normal? When sleeping, I do not feel comfortable to sleep on sides due to mild pain and feeling of squeezing.

I have focal prostatitis( prostate inflammation) and semen discharge takes place everyday at night, whole night continuous erection and non stop discharge takes place. I had a penis yeast infection after starting a treatment few days later has a pain in right testicle which resulted in semen ejaculation during bowel movement. So after experiencing on and off pain for 2-3 times during this two weeks, visited urologist today who advised to get urine analysis and ultrasound scrotrum with color dopler but both tests came negative with no signs of infection. After that doctor said it is prostatitis and sometimes this bacterial infection doesn't get detected in this test. And given 3 weeks antibiotics treatment. Is this diagnosis correct?

I have noticed a tiny small boil kind a thing on my scrotum right testicle since last 7-10 days. I have applied clocip powder and Candid derma cream on it The size has not increased nor decreased Sometimes I feel heavy and sensation on my testicles No sexual history

I noticed a cyst in right testis , which doesn't cause any pain but it's causing discomfort, light is passing through it, when i take cool shower it's size is decreasing but when exposed to hot climate it's size is getting somewhat increased , please suggest me any medication
