I feel urge to urinate about every 40 minutes, thru out day and night. I understand there are two possibilities (may be more); enlarged prostate or IBS. How to confirm and resolve?

I am a 35-year-old male and have had a hydrocele for the past 10–11 years. I don’t know how it developed. At present, I don’t feel any discomfort, as it hasn’t increased abnormally or grown significantly. Should I go for surgery, or can I leave it as it is? If I leave it untreated, could it cause any harm in the long term or in the future?"

My A/C ratio is in moderate range 47.3 mg/g(above normal). Normal is below 30. Is there anything to worry about. I attached the report for reference. Kindly guide me.

Hi ,My daughter had frequent urination and. Complained pain while urinating and color of urine is yellow and some mild reddish color.Consulted paediatric and he suggested to urine routine and culture and urine routine report having pus cells 45. Doctor suggested to start Zifi 100Dt tablet twice to my daughter 10 days.Just my question is is this tablet safe antibiotic for kids.? We are waiting for Culture report.
