A calculus measuring approx 2 cm is seen in gallery bladder lumen. What kind of treatment I should get? Do I need any kind of surgery?

I am unable to retract my foreskin easily when erect. Once the foreskin crosses and reaches below the glans, it becomes too tight and painful to a point where I lose the erection itself. Also my penis is really sensitive to touch. Is this phimosis? Could it be cured without any operation?

I am frequently getting urinating , not getting urination full in one time but in break ups , I started drinking more water but still I feel I am more urinating than earlier. I habe tightness and discomfort in groin area from some years and comes and goes. While urinating also sometimes discomfort and burning is felt. It is on one side of the groin. Frequent urinating and little discomfort while urinating sometimes. Usg of abdomen and pelvis is normal except a small inguinal hernia is found. Urine culture test shows senstive for so many antibiotics. Is this causing the problem and should I be treated for all senstive antibiotics? Please advise.
