Hi doctors I have one lump in the front side of my penis. I had consulted with so many urologist for this and they advised me to get this lump removed by circumcision. Frankly speaking I do not want to go for circumcision. Is there any other way to remove lump without circumcision?

I have pain around my testicular area  and testicular. Iam a driver. Daily i am sitting 12 hours prolong in a same place  continuously for driving  and I have pain only iam sitting and driving .  After wakeup, pain ll be gradually decreased  . Hi team, There is lump in the front part of penis.. this is painless, however, swelling has started in it so I went to urologist , after checking they have few medicines . After Taking medicines swelling were reduced , however, lump remain same. Now doctor is saying to go for circumcision so that they can send the sample to biopsy. I don't want to go for circumcision.please suggest if there is another way of biopsy which can be done without biopsy?

I am having an recurrent UTI problem after my surgery of spine compression on c1 c2 its been a year after surgery but UTI problem is not going and because of this problem I am unable to do my exercises properly. Mostly antibiotics are coming resistant in culture report. So I need urgently a doctor or a suggestion to cure my problem.
