Kidney Problems

A month before diagnosed left side epididymitis with urine culture present with E. Coli.  taken ciprofloxacin tablet 10 days for epididymitis pain. After 10 days of course there is no more E. Coli in urine. Improvement in pain but not completely gone still persist. But currently I had a feeling of mild burning sensation in the tip of urethra in penile glan. It's feeling like urine urgency. When I examine there is a white patch skin inflammation like visual in tip of urethra. Is it looks normal?

Dear sir, Male, Age 27 had pain in left side stomach. Ultrasound report shows 3.7 mm calculus causing back pressure in left kidney. Does this size kidney stone requires medication/procedure to remove it? Or it can be treated by life style changes? Thank you. Regards

My father has Scrotal Calcinosis from more than 10 years. In the last 2-3 months he feels that it is now increasing and multiplying with half of the scrotum filled with it. The cyst has also grown large and he feels discomfort while sitting and driving. I am a little worried that could this be cancerous? What is the solution, can it be cured with medicine or surgery is the ultimate solution. Can some medicine allopathic or homeopathy stop the growth for the time being ? Due to some family responsibilities he is not willing to undergo surgery for at least 2 months. Please suggest the way forward

I feel frequent urinetion and pain in side of stomach. I done my usg and everything is normal but i had a gallstones problem.recently i had a Oparetion gallbladder.now i recoved. Hello Doctor I am having inflammation after passing urine last week it has started suddenly with motions and inflammation while passing urine. Now it was mild inflammation while passing urine during the day it's fine but early in the morning has inflammation. Presently I am taking syrup potklor 2 times a day 10 ml in a glass of water. Suggest some diet and medication. I am on medication for hypertension cilidin 10 mg. Attached my previous cue report
