I m newly married, i have low sexual desires and erection problem, i have tested my blood sample my LH level is 14

Problem with body - musculoskeletal pain in ribs chest joint poping sound from joint. Neck down for long time - dizziness but not yet felt down on some movement dizziness goes off. Back muscles severe pain on traveling neck muscles get stiff Morning feel energetic after waking up on just sitting bending forward the pain and dizziness neck pain, back muscles pain, ribs pain starts. I'm a 27-year-old male. My urine ACR and routine microscopy reports are normal. I occasionally notice a small amount of semen-like discharge in my urine, but it's not regular. However, foamy urine is persistent. There are no other symptoms like pain or burning. What could be the reason? Should I undergo further tests like 24-hour protein or semen analysis?
