Kidney Problems

I have been suffering from the problem of non -obstructive azoospermia since last 10 years. Now I have got my testes Fnac, the report of which shown the Sertoli Cell only syndrome, the germ cell is absent and spermatogenesis is 0%. And my hormone test report shown FSH level 20.3, testosterone levels are 270, now my doctor suggests me the Platelet Rich Plasma injection inject into testis . and CQ10 Tablet and use of Clomifene Cystrate IP25mg Tablet for 6 months I want to know whether it is good for me or not.

I have pain around my testicular area  and testicular. Iam a driver. Daily i am sitting 12 hours prolong in a same place  continuously for driving  and I have pain only iam sitting and driving .  After wakeup, pain ll be gradually decreased  . Other times don't have pain. Or any discomfort ... And don't have any other symptoms ... What should I do kindly suggest some advice

80 years old.No urinary symptoms or issues.PSA 6.23.Biopsy was inconclusive so took second opinion from Dr.Anita Borges and she concluded gleason 3+3, grade 1 based on immuno histochemistry staining and cancer in approx 2% of total core sampled. My question is Active surveillance better or surgery ?

Hi team, There is lump in the front part of penis.. this is painless, however, swelling has started in it so I went to urologist , after checking they have few medicines . After Taking medicines swelling were reduced , however, lump remain same. Now doctor is saying to go for circumcision so that they can send the sample to biopsy. I don't want to go for circumcision.please suggest if there is another way of biopsy which can be done without biopsy?

I am having an recurrent UTI problem after my surgery of spine compression on c1 c2 its been a year after surgery but UTI problem is not going and because of this problem I am unable to do my exercises properly. Mostly antibiotics are coming resistant in culture report. So I need urgently a doctor or a suggestion to cure my problem.

All STD tests of blood, urine and swab from the affected area have been done and found negative. Kindly advise what next to do for the treatment of penile ulcer.

My penis is very small in size . But I don't know whether it is micropenis or not. I want to know whether I have micropenis or not and my penis size is normal or not. Also I want to know treatment options for micropenis.

I don't have any pain or burning sensation during urine or any other symptoms . But  I fell to pee frequently. The amount of pee is very little. Do I need to start medication? There are no any other problems

The only problem i have is burning sensation almost every day mostly evening after urinating.. lasts for 1 min max but it has been like this for close to a year now on and off. no issues in blood test or Urinalysis. What is the solution?

My ultrasound report says that minimal peri renal fat stranding and minimal collection in POD is noted. Moreover, the appendix is not visualised and probe tenderness noted in RIF.
