Kidney Problems

Hello i am feeling low and kidney pain i don't this is because of ocd or kidney problems 😭😭 please reply fast

I have uti and i was feeling pain while urinating but now its gone but my kidneys still paining not severe but just slightly but repeatedly also i have ocd i think it could be because of it please reply fast i am so depressed 😭

One 3mm Microlith found in left kidney , please find the attached document for report, serve pain from last couple of days, no others symptoms.

My son 1 month old now have swelling one one kidney. We did ec scan and there it is found renal split function as 62% for left kidney and 38% for right. Doctor asked to do surgey to remove the blockage. So, can we wait for the surgery? If we did the surgery now, will baby have pain after that? Will the swelling go away immediately  after surgery or will take some days or months? Can the renal function for right kidney improve more ?

Suffering from prostate problem. Dr prescribed tablets dutacalm uricalm. In addition I am also constipation problem. Nocturia also. Pl domestic treatment.

I hv red soreness in urethra..I went to urologist and nephrologist both .. urologist gave me Azithromycin for 5 days and  alkasol.I did all prescribed test of urologist and nephrologist Urine R/E &C/S Urine ACR USG LFT Blood sugar CBC Creatinine Urea All above test are normal..but often I get burning urination and I see red soreness in front of urethra In urine culture report only oxalate+ + + but no stone in USG I drink sufficient water but when volume low I get more burning and yellow urine..and after travel with drinking enough water I also get yellow burning urine.. My billirubin and whole abdomen USG are perfectly all right..so what should I do now?

Hi I have taken fosfomycin as recommended by my doctor before sleeping at night after emptying my bladder. She also recommended I avoid urination after taking it to help the bladder absorb the medicine. But what if I need to pass urine? Will it affect the efficacy?

I recently noticed that I didnt had any morning woods and not getting proper erections and so thought of consulting an urologist. The urologist asked me to take USG scrotum and penile screen. The Radiologist injected 2 vials of Papaverine 30 mg/ml directly into penis intracavernosally to stimulate an erection for checking the blood flow. I had priapism with pain, later doctors treated me with blood aspiration and irrigation with saline. I had edema in the penis, which lasted for about a week. I felt pain when the edema was reduced by 80%, I coupd barely move. Now the edema was gone. But i still have pain and the penis has not returned to normal size, even after a week. My question is, 1) Is papaverine recommended for use in 22 year old male,even if its for diagnostic reasons? 2) How long does the edema usually last after priapism? 3) is it normal to have pain after the edema is gone? If so what can I do to reduce the pain? 4) Why the penis hasnt returned to the normal size?

Gd evening I want to know how can I reduce size of enlarge prostate my age is 50 I found in sonography that my prostate is enlarge grade 1 in size

I have attached two ultrasound reports . My son is 2 years old One is year 2024 . Doctor diagnosis the mild left renal hydronephrosis..phle kidney size is 5.6*2.9 and found renal diameter is 5.3mm And recent is year 2025 kidney size is 6.5*3.1 and found renal diameter is 7.4mm What would u suggest on this.
