One of my testicles has become enlarged. Four or five months ago, while working under the stairs, I felt a sudden pressure and then I felt some discomfort for two or three days. After that, my left testicle kept getting larger. I have shown it to a urologist..he suspects that it is a testicular tumor. Please give me proper advice.

From 1 week I feel burning sensation while peeing and after that and also foam in my urine and there is pain in lower abdomen

Mild pain in left pelvical region running towards back of intensity 2/10. Went for USG of KUB region and diagnosed with mild dilation of left pelvicalyceal system and the entire ureter suggesting mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter secondary to a solitary lower ureteric calculus measuring 4 mm. Since 20/04/2025 the pain is persistent and sometimes occur and sometimes not. No issue in urine and no pain and no blood as confirmed by urine report teated on 17/04/2025. Please suggest for treatment.

Hello sir and mam.I have low grade intermittent fever from last 2 months which come for some days and normal for few days again fever happen for some days like this pattern.i have done peripheral blood smear test which is normal, urine test is normal, thyroid,chest xray, calcium test, blood culture,esr all are normal.ultrasound show cystitis and ecogenic debris found in bladder.Then i have done urine culture show e coli bacteria colony of 100000 per ml. Antibiotic resistance test show resistance to more than 8 antibiotics only sensitivity to norfloxacin and ertapenem .i have no uti related symptoms like burning urine etc but only low grade periodic pattern intermittent fever.please advice

I had ZSR circumcision 16days back, when the silicon ring fell off after 2week there was some wound where the silicon ring was present, I had a mild bleeding on the wound at night for like two days and it got dried out after that but some area(lower portion) still remain unhealed. I don't have any pain, or pus from the area. What could be the reason that it's taking time to heal?

More than 3 to 4 times urination while sleeping at night sometimes more than 5 to 6 times I have to go for urination

I'm feeling like the urgency of peeing just after peeing. There's also a pain right after I pee .. but that goes away later on .. everytime I go pee this happens.. there this feeling that my bladder is not empty even tho It is.

I'm having this penis infection for more than a year now and I have showed this to many doctors but they don't even now what is this infection. This is getting worse after the intercourse and it hurts a lot after that. Can anyone please tell me what is this infection and how to cure it.
