Kidney Problems

Feeling like bloating in the stomach from last few months. It's increases after having a meal. Took a full body test. Everything was normal but cholesterol was high and urea in kidney was low. Consulted a doctor, he gave the medicine for pus cell and said urea will fix itself.

Lately, ive been noticing that my left testicles feels smaller than my right when i feel it . Although physically it doesn't have significant size difference in comparison. Stillzl, the size is noticable in between them. Also when i touch it there is some kind of lump like feel in the left testicle and kind of gives a very slight pain when i try to press its.but, this problem is not persistent with the right one. I had nerve problems there because of an injury(not in the testes. But the legs). Its also persistent there. So, its really uncomfortable nowadays. I feel down because of all this pain.

I am suffering from urine infection since last 1 year. I have pain in my kidneys. I have lost a lot of weight. I consulted many doctors, took antibiotics which are culture sensitive, even after taking those antibiotics it did not get cured. I got relief only for 2 or 3 days, then there is no effect of the medicines. I also consulted an ayurvedic doctor, banshil tablet, gokhshuradi gugglu, chandraprabha vati, punarnavasav shothari mandoor, Trinamool kwath, cystone forte tablet, sukshma triphala. I have taken all these medicines but even with these only. I got relief for 2-3 days, then there is no effect of the medicines. Now I have got an ultrasound done, in which a 3mm stone was found in the right lower pole of the kidney, everything else is normal. Please help me.

Hello I have been suffering from chronic Prostatitis from past 4 years. There is a constant pain in the anal area and I have urinary symptoms also like the flow of urine is too slow. During initial investigation by doctors I was put on antibiotics and all but there was no change as such. Currently I am exploring other options like herb based medicines. I read about saw palmetto for treating BPH and urinary tract symptoms. Can someone let me know if I can try the same and how long does it take to show the effect?

I don't want to circumcised, unless it is extremely important, I am not able to pull out my foreskin it is swollen and have redness and on the penis also i am facing redness.suffering this from past 3-4 days.
