I want to know why the gfr value decreased for my mother. She is diabetic and has 8.2 hbaIC and she did 30 fasting days recently for ramdan. Is it due to dehydration or some serious issues are there.

I was struggling to cure balanitis, after several weeks of the treatment finally its no longer there but somehow i developed multiple ringworms on my testicals. I could see that ringworms are spreading very quickly and can see small ringworm on the bottom side of my penis. I have uti, i am feeling burning sensation normally and while peeing, continuous urge to pee. Hello sir and mam.i have recurrent episode of low grade fever of 99f from last 2 month.my cbc, typhoid, urine test, malaria,esr, thyroid are normal.i have done ultrasound yesterday and it showing acute cystitis in urine bladder and ecogenic debris found in bladder.other ultrasound parameters are normal.is cystitis cause low grade fever.my chest xray also normal.please advice
