I have irritable bowel syndrome and over active urinary bladder prblm since childhood. But taking allopathy medicine no improved but lot of side effect so I took ayurvedic medicine which works for urine incontinence. But now my creatinine is 6.2 . Is this reversible kidney prblm if I go dialysis???

Hello Doctor, Due to Diabetes recently I developed a tight foreskin (phemosis) problem. Recently, due to mishandling it at home it got converted into Paraphemosis (foreskin stuck behind glans). Can you please suggest which Tablets and Cream lotion should be used to reduce the inflammation and swelling so that I can visit Urologist in a few days after some relief is achieved at home only. Hi Doctor,  I had my ASD closure at age of 25 in 2019, I used to get wet dreams during the rest period.   So that after the 4 weeks I didnt get control and mastrubating happend   due that I used to get little palpitations, moving heart experience just for few seconds soon after orgasam released &" my penis size suddenly not getting big/strong so I started forcefully bringing it to bigger", after orgasam I become nervous so weak, not able to do little work, got pain & swell at temple locations on head, pain on head.   Used to happen when ever I got orgasam. Iam unable to explain to doctor. Later due to surgery I am in depression so they took psychiatrist and still he is treating me (I am unable to explain this to him from so many years telling only pains areas) . Now even after so many medications I am not completely felling that exercise or any 10 push-ups . Now after 6years I got again pain on corner of head and left hand pain after orgasam and fells want rest. Help me..

My family friend has a sharp pain while urinating when he starts to urinate theres a sharp pain that feels like poking he said and when he is urinating theres no pain at that time pain only occurs at the start for a second or so how should he treat that pain? what are the medicines for it

I was suffering from burning sensation in urine frm last 2 months.. I did urine test where there were findings of calcium oxolate but ultrasound was normal..i went to urologist who prescribed me antibiotics along with alpha blocker for 14 days bt i didnt get relief..then visited him again nd he told for uroflowmetry which came normal..then he told me u have low grade prostrate infection..he then changed the antibiotic and continued alpha blocker..i started getting relief but was facing side effects due to anitbiotics..today i went to medical college and consulted with senior urologist there..he just told me to continue alpha blocker nd discontinued antibiotic..i want to know whether antibiotic is needed in this treatment or not?

Sir I am getting frequent painfull urination for the past 3 months.consulted urologist and found no kidney stones and no urine infection.I am getting left side bladder pain and backpain and many times left side edge stomach pain. please tell possible causes for this problem..
