My grandma ha s recurrent uti and bladder incontinence from 2 months and she is not responding to tratment ..what to do next please guide

Hi Doctors, For the past two weeks, i have been getting this urge to pee where i have to go and pee after dinner for atleast 3 times when I go to sleep. The moment i lie down to sleep within 5 minutes the urge to pee happens and i have to go and pee atleast 3 times before i can properly sleep without anymore urges. What might be causing this issue? I had microsurgical varicocelectomy 5 years back. Around stiches on groin area I still feel pain sometimes like little pulling. At that pain area skin is little hard too because of stiches. On one side there is no pain and it is there on other side. Does surgery cause this pain. My scrotal scan says grade 1 varicocele now. Please advise
