Frequent Urination 10 to 12 times a day
Suffering from Frequent Urination for last 5 yrs but no other problems like pain, stone, infection, blood in urine etc are not there. My recent USG of whole Abdomen & all testing reports are:- i) PSA = 4.990 ng/ml. ii) Gall Bladder, Pancreas, Spleen, Both Kidneys & Ureters are okay. iv) Liver = Normal in size ( Right lobe measures 153 mm). Its echogenicity is diffusely increased without any focal lesion. v) Urinary bladder= Diffusely thickened 6 mm & irregular urinary bladder wall but no calculi nor growth. Post void residual urine is 151 cc.(Significant). vi) Prostate Gland = Measures 72 x 56 x 64 mm size. It's grossly enlarged in size with median lobe projection into urinary bladder base by 37 mm. It's echotexture is heterogeneous . Capsule is intact. Grade lll prostatomegalyWeight is 137 gms. vii) Peritoneal Cavity & Retroperitoneum are normal. I need urgent Urologist Doctor's advice if urgent surgery is must or can delay 4 months or can avoid surgery & seek Ayurvedic treatment.
