Had an ultrasound today for kidney stone and in the reports it was mentioned Left Kidney: A small cortical scar noted in upper pole is this serious. Six months when I took ultrasound this was not there Attached reports

I am having overactive bladder since more than 1 week. Doctor gave medicines such as Mirago and Urispas. How much time will it take to recover me from this ?

I recently had ulcers on my penis and consulted a dermatologist. As a precautionary measure, I underwent RPR and TPHA tests, which both came back negative. Although the ulcers appear to be healing with the use of MUPI ointment, I am now experiencing a burning sensation on the tip of my penis. Additionally, I sometimes notice a small amount of mucus discharge after urination.

I have a burning sensation before and after peeing constantly. I am drinking water but it is not helping. Feeling like it's a urinary tract infection but I am not sure. No other symptoms that I can see.

I have recently done my kidney function test in which other parameters were normal except my phosphorus levels were 7.89. Wanted to ask whether it is safe to have these levels. I recently started my whey protein supplement. So, is it because of that why I have increase in my phosphorus levels. Can I continue taking my whey protein supplements? I also take multivitamins tablets. So Can I continue with both?
