Kidney Problems

I am attaching my USG abdomen report of Jan 2024 as well as Jan 2025. The PSA in Jan 2024 was 2.4 after which I was prescribed Urimax D which I am taking since a year. The PSA reading in Jan 2025 is 0.84. Please guide if I there is any other line of treatment or continue with the same medicine. Thanks

I had diagnosed with UTI in this Dec  as I had a burning sensation in tip of the urethra which comes and goes in a day  for over several months before and finally thought of getting it checked. But not typically any other UTI symptoms. I am not a sexually active person as well No other discharges or colour differences in private areas. When the urine and blood test was done There were 25 pus cells detected in urine and few nitrates were detected and other vitals were in normal range for both urine and blood sample. Creatinine was also in a normal range During urine culture Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria was detected. Following which the urologist gave me Taxim- o for 7 days with citralka solution . I was feeling better when I was having the combination of both . I did not feel any burning sensation on those days Now it's almost 1 week since the meds have stopped , now I am feeling that my urethral area is getting heated / warm often in a day What should I do ? I started getting prolapse during my pregnancy. After delivery prolapse is still there upto second stage. Also I have urine incontinence issue. Kindly refer some remedy.

I am 46 years old and taking telmisartan and amlodipine 40 mg tablet and atorvastatin 10 mg daily, when recently analyzed serum creatinine the result is 1.3 by Jaffe method and after 25 days when I reanalyse the result is 0.8 by Kinase method and in earlier case of 1.3 I've taken mutton and that's the only variation

Previously I have very tight foreskin. After consultation with doctor I am using steroid cream from last 2 months and now the skin is opened and I am able to retract it behind glan easily when penis is in flaccid condition, but when in erected state its hard to retract the foreskin and it pains. And while intercourse it pains a lot without condom. I am attaching the picture of retractable skin and frenulum. Can you please suggest if frenuloplasty will solve my problem? Or circumcision is required?
