I was advised for niftran and uripass and it felt normal during the course of medication and though it's better than before but still don't feel normal Kindly suggest My HB1AC is 5.6 just to rule out diabetes symptoms

Since I have used a dirty public washroom last Thrusday , I'm feeling some pain in my lower abdomen. When should I go for urine analysis test? Should I wait someday so that the bacteria can grow and the urine analysis shows correct value .
