Kidney Problems

I get swelling in my scrotum and my veins feel swollen on the left side of the testis, but it resolves after i ejaculate..if I stop ejaculation for a few days the problem comes back..the veins feel swollen on top and bottom of my testis..please guide what to do ..

My son 2 days back complained about the pain while urination i took him to pediatrician n took urine test (report attached)he said it's infection n further will need to take USG wats the matter uti isn't like common is always der is a risk factor plz help...

Since past 3 weeks i was having some issues with urination like increased in frequency. Last week i got urine culture tested and there shows E.coli isolated organism(1.12000 colonies/ml sample) I am having medications like levoflox 500 once daily and Uriliser syrup since 6 days . I still have symptoms such as after urination i feel there is still few left and then again i get urge to go. Urine is clear,no pain and burning but frequency has increased. Sometimes gets little fever. Shall I continue the medications and how long will it take to cure my symptoms. Please help
