Red color ulcers on glans penis for the past one week..what is the reason ..is it balanitis? And curable?..my fore skin is  tight and can't pull it down ..is it be a reason..?

My age is 62 years 10 month's. my blood sugar levels are normal ie fasting glucose is 89 & post lunch glucose is 113. BP is also normal130/90 like that. My question is after sleeping in the night, waking up at 5 am around, urine discharge is some painful in penise & not free flowing . After some walking it is inormal. What is reason

Hi am 32 weeks pregnant used pregnancy safe antibiotics but hot urine symptom is not going.Started from 1 and half montn .Cue and urine culture is negative did multiple tests .what might be the reason .No abdominal pain only hot urine .is it major problem pls suggest .My gynaec is now planning on Iv antibiotics .should i go ahead or its not big issue .Is it due to pregnancy hormones

Almost half of the time of intercourse, tip of foreskin got cut/crack especially in winter. It doesn't happen with use of condom. It takes 2 to 3 days to heal. Mostly , I use boroline at night before sleep to make it heal faster. I think I don't have phimosis. Because, I have no problem having intercourse almost half of the time, or normally no problem to retract or pull the foreskin back to its original place. I feel discomfort only after it gets cuts for sexual activity. Currently, I'm having this and checked a Full body checkup blood test. i.e. CBC, LFT, KFT, Urine test, Sugar PP & Fasting. Everything is in normal range. Is there any diagnosis? Is there any solution?

From past 2 months, I am having pain around anus area (may be pelvic muscles not sure) just after ejaculation (No pain before or during ejaculation) Otherwise no pain at all, the pain is now reduced to much extent as it was 2 months back.
