Hello doctors I am a 29 years old unmarried women. I am having problem with urination. Whenever I go to urinate it doesn't finishes in one go, but comes little by little for some time. Also even after urination I feel the urge to urinate again. I feel uncomfortable in my stomach. I went for a urine test (report is attached). Please help me with the results in the report. And what can I to avoid this problem. Thank you

One of panis vein got hard and bigger and  paining when i touch it . Its in the left side of the penis

I have noticed skin change in the penis glans since last 4 months, dark yellowish patch and a string like black lesion surrounding a skin change which I think is slowly spreading. I am also facing urine leakage since last 2 months 2-3 drops when relaxed and when there is no urine urge at that time there is a leakage of urine. But, I am able to hold back urine at that time there is no leakage. I also feel that previously I could hold back more quantity of urine for a longer period of time without any problem but now there is suddenly an urge to urinate at times. After getting up in the morning there is no or very less urge to urinate and very weak flow of urine but it gets better after drinking water. Previously I used to have a good flow of urine in the morning. Please guide me with the diagnosis and treatment. I have attached pictures. Urine routine and culture report is normal.

I am attaching my Jan 2024 USG abdomen report. I would also like to share that my PSA reading of Jan 2024. It was 2.32 whereas today Jan 2025 PSA reading is 0.84. I have been taking Urimax D since Jan 2024 and have no symptoms. Urine is normal as per my age. I am not diabetic. I occasionally wake up once in the night to urinate which too is not uncontrollable.  Do I need to go for a USG abdomen ?
