Kidney Problems

From past 2 months, I am having pain around anus area (may be pelvic muscles not sure) just after ejaculation (No pain before or during ejaculation) Otherwise no pain at all, the pain is now reduced to much extent as it was 2 months back. And sometimes having some mild pain at the end of urination. what could be the reason behind it? I diagnosed Ultrasound and there were seen some infection in semina vesicles. So are they connected? Urine and that post ejaculation pain?

Hello I am facing a condition in the public toilets I am not able to pee even though every time the urge to pee comes but at home or in hotels I don't have any problem so why this is I am facing ..and sometimes I can pee easily at public place but at my college It is difficult. I am 19 years old and I can retract my foreskin when not erect but I can't retract foreskin when erect . , if I try forcefully ,I am scared i might hurt myself. My father was diagnosed with kidney stones a year ago many ultrasound have done different stone measurements have found on different times- 1st - 4mm 2nd - 9mm , 2mm 3rd - 5mm 4th - 5mm in both sides I don't know what will suit him or he tried homeopathy for 2 months but left because it was too hard for him he got serve acne on legs and hands. Hi there. Yesterday, i started with a very bad rash/red area in my pubic area. This is causing extreme itchiness, redness, and overall discomfort. Can you provide any possible cuases?

I have swollen itchy foreskin for few days, there's few shiny spots on the glans as well sometimes there is a burning sensation inside the foreskin. Although the swelling and redness reduced to some extent on its own but the burning sensation and itchiness still persists.
