Mild pain in left pelvical region running towards back of intensity 2/10. Went for USG of KUB region and diagnosed with mild dilation of left pelvicalyceal system and the entire ureter suggesting mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter secondary to a solitary lower ureteric calculus measuring 4 mm.
Since 20/04/2025 the pain is persistent and sometimes occur and sometimes not. No issue in urine and no pain and no blood as confirmed by urine report teated on 17/04/2025. Please suggest for treatment.
