Kidney Problems

Hi, My Bun-Creatinine ratio and Urea Creatinine ratio are low. Bun-Creatinine ratio is 8.57 Urea-Creatinine ratio is 18.35 Is it concerning? I generally have foamy Urine and urine flow is low.

I recently had a uti , I have used medication based on my urine culture test results almost my symptoms have subsided but that tingling sensation and pain after urination is not getting subsided it's almost been 2 weeks , my urine test report is also normal now but this sensation and little pain after urine is not decreasing at all , can any doctor suggest me any treatment for this ?

I checked my urine test.reports says that 2-3 pus cell few epithelial cell few microorganisms and calcium oxalate crystal present but urine culture report is negative.my doctor prescribed 10 days antibiotic but my condition after completing medicine is same.
