Right peri nephritis
My ultrasound report says that minimal peri renal fat stranding and minimal collection in POD is noted. Moreover, the appendix is not visualised and probe tenderness noted in RIF.
Furthermore, my WBC count is a little elevated ~ 11,000 cells/cmm.
Polymorphs - 80 %
Lymphocytes : 14%
MCH - 26.6 pg
MCHC - 28.7 g/dl
Symptoms :
1) Irregular bowel movements
2) Pain in lower right abdomen
NOTE : No fever or nausea
Kindly suggest me how I should proceed.
