Left peri Uretic Fat Stranding

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I had severe stomach ache yesterday and i underwent a CT scan and It revealed that I have a 0.5mm stone in my right kidney and a Left Peri Uretic Fat Stranding. I had undergone a surgery for left kidney stone last year and now i have Left Peri Uretic Fat Stranding there. Can someone explain if 1) i have to undergo surgery for 0.5mm right kidney stone 2) What is Left Peri Uretic Fat Stranding and why I got it with some medication ..

5 mm renal CALCULUS doesn't require any treatment. Drink adequate water. That's all. Periureteric fat stranding is significant only in the presence of relevant clinical features. Otherwise just ignore it.
