Left Peri Uretic Fat Stranding and stone

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I had severe stomach ache yesterday and I underwent a CT scan and It revealed that I had a 0.5mm Stone in right kidney and Left peri Uretic Fat Stranding. I underwent CUE, RFT, CBP and have 8-10 pus cells Hpf. I had undergone a surgery fir stone a year ago and now I now I have the Peri Uretic Fat Stranding. Please give me medicine for this .. Attached the report for the same ..
