Right upper uretic stone
Dear Doctor,
I have 2 large stone of about 10 mm in upper uretic near PUJ and middle clayx respectively size is 10mm
Doctor suggest for PCNL surgery so I want to know about this surgery as follows
1. Can this surgery perfome under spinal anaesthesia
2. Can stent in kidney is complusary if yes than for how many days
3. Is any pain remain after this PCNL surgery
4. Is any other disadvantages of this surgery.
