Kidney Problems

I have frequent kidney stone issues every 2years. 2023 may also had the same problem and during CT scan found 4stones. Biggest one is around 6mm and they did not cause any problems till early December this year. 1st week of dec i observed blood in urine and it got disappeared after having lot of fluids. Yesterday I got the same problem. When I rushed to the doctor he mentioned the one 6mm is on its way to bladder but got struck. During CT scan it's observed that kidney swelling as well. Doctor had recommended me to go for surgery as it is struck for last 20 days. I am in dilamma. Pls suggest.

I have dark urination and oftenly feeling pain into waist area,this happened once when I got a crash injury but after 2 days urine came back to normal but this occurred today when I got bloody(dark)urine and pain into waist region, what it could be ?

My brother has UTI as confirmed by USG yesterday. He has dull ache pain (not very severe) increases on pressing the belly button and on the left to it. Suggest treatment to it.

Consistently my serum creatinine is 1.0 and last week when tested it's 1.3 and all other urea uric acid are within the range and blood urea nitrogen when tested in may 2024 is 9.3 and albumin/creatinine ratio is 4.60 mg/g and albumin serum is 4.65 in may 2024 I am taking daily telmisartan 40 and amlodipine5 mg and night atorvastatin 10 mg daily

Since 2018, it has been an issue for me, urgency to urinate after almost every hour. My reports came out normal, my bladder can't hold urine for a long time. Kindly suggest some effective solutions.

I am having urinary problem of going to washroom multiple times at the night. I have also been tested for any kind of disease like sugar but the gynacologist said that my report is fine. What might be the reason for this kind of problem.

My sister 28F recently recovered from UTI (2 months ago) . For past 5 days she has irritation after peeing. Not everytime . Usually early morning after peeing. Note : irritation only after peeing and not during . Is it possible she still has infection.

I have little foam in urine when I pee and I am undergoing treatment of pus cell in my semen analysis as my semen culture showed Staphylococcus aureus for that I took levoflox 500mg for 21 days before also I had semen infection and it was Klebsiella pneumoniae ssp pneumoniae it was treated with antibiotics but now I got Staphylococcus aureus for which I completed course but I I see little foam in urine when I pee, please suggest

From last 1 year I couldn't maintain my hardness and most of the time I have urge to have sex but still feel low during intercouse and loose hardness. Currently took - Tadalafil & Dapoxetine Tablets Duraplus™ it worked for few time but at time even after having this there is no hardness at all .. and at time full hardness but with in a fraction of sec it looses hardness. It's effecting my relationship a lot. Please suggest and help me.
