So.. 2 years ago i had circumsion surgery And after that it was all good untill an intrusive thought came in I saw the grith of my penis was bit thin I asked my friend he said me that wrap a warm cloth around it it will work so i did and i did multiple times like 2-3 days but later i experienced problem of pain in lower abdomen , testicles , and difficulty breathing i saw my penis behaved weird  : unani dr said that nerves are damaged and gave medicine for a month .. which worked .. . after that mastrubated 1st time i ejaculated in 2mins and second time it was like for 4 mins... but the problem still exists of premature ejaculation (or uneven ejaculation); also i dont feel 100% hardness or strength .. many a times i dont achive hardness also it feels like overall penis has got weaker.  ... things have changed .. i just want to know what can b the solution and what is this condition .. n is it cureable?
