Kidney Problems

I have been suffering from chronic Epididymitis and testicular discomfort and mild residual pain which comes and goes since 04 months. I have taken anti biotics and done ultrasound which comes okay with mild inflammation only no sign of bacteria and currently going with homeopathic and Ayurvedic treatment. I HAVE BEEN WONDERING that can I apply any oral ointment or oil if at all such oil exist, which can alleviate the symptoms of discomfort and mild pain over scortum (which is very sensitive). Please suggest that should I apply anything over it and what OR medically it should not be.

Hi, I had stones in my left kidney(3mm) in 2022 but it has passed through and I had consulted the doctor and took required medications and I was okay after that. Now I'm experiencing pain in my lower back and groin area. Is there any chance of stones again ?? Is it possible to get it again in 3 years ?? Will this continue throughout my life ?? Please help me with this query!!

Hello, doctors. In May 2023, I was diagnosed with mild hydronephrosis in my right kidney and Grade 2 fatty liver. Now it's 2025, almost two years have passed, and I have been undergoing homeopathic treatment. However, my condition remains the same. Only the fatty liver has improved from Grade 2 to Grade 1. For the past two years, I have been emotionally broken. Anyway, I have done all my reports (DTPA, USG, KFT, LFT, Urine Culture, & Routine Urine). My USG report states: "Mild pelvic fullness in the right kidney." The DTPA report states: "Right kidney shows good cortical function and unobstructed drainage." I always feel mild pain and a sense of fullness. It increases slightly when there is jerking movement. According to the DTPA report, since there is no blockage, why isn't it improving? How long do I have to continue like this? Is there no permanent cure for hydronephrosis with medication? Please let me know. Doctors, please heal me.

Had an ultrasound today for kidney stone and in the reports it was mentioned Left Kidney: A small cortical scar noted in upper pole is this serious. Six months when I took ultrasound this was not there Attached reports

I recently had ulcers on my penis and consulted a dermatologist. As a precautionary measure, I underwent RPR and TPHA tests, which both came back negative. Although the ulcers appear to be healing with the use of MUPI ointment, I am now experiencing a burning sensation on the tip of my penis. Additionally, I sometimes notice a small amount of mucus discharge after urination.
