Kidney Problems

I had ultrasound and found kidney stones of size 4 - 4.5 mm in both kidneys. I'm having light pain sometimes at both sides. It's not too much but it's like light pricking pain which travels from sides of stomach to sometimes down near the testicles. I've started drinking 3-4 litres of water everyday and ensuring I'm not eating junk foods, chicken/mutton/fish, tomatoes, guava, beetroot, papaya, etc. I'm having milk/buttmilk/curd, fruits like apple/oranges/pineapple/lemons, enough water and light less spicy food. Can someone please help me know if there's anything else I need to take care of. How long can it take to flush out the stones completely

I have a weak urine flow which varies from very weak to weak and sometimes split stream and i m also facing erection issues and last i when consulted with an doctor he did my cystoscopy and there he found that my meatus near my urinary bladder is very tight and he took other tests too like usg blood test everything was normal But how i dont know but i want to know that how my erection and weak urine flow can be treated

I'm finding blood mix in semen, but having no pain at the time of ejaculation. I'm experiencing this from last 4-5 months but it's still persisting. Can you please help me out?

Hello, there were blood drops observed in the first urine of the day in 2022, in Nov 2023 it repeated. Visited an urologist and made all tests,it showed normal,he gave antibiotics saying it's because of infection. In Feb 2024 it repeated and this time can see blood in urine only when I go poop. He made a PSA and MRI test and said there is a sac kind of a thing and has all dead cells and it's no more active and no need to worry.Last most he again recommended to do PSA and MRI. my initial PSA quotient was 48% and now it's 33%. MRI shows The prostate currently shows a diameter of 4 x 2.3 x 3.7 cm. In comparison to the previous examination, a cystic sac with connection to the urethra is seen in the center of the prostate with a new mirror formation. No perifocal relevant contrast enhancement. Inpatient for preliminary examination: Evidence of left-sided hypointensity in the peripheral zone of prostate in T2 with a mild diffusion disturbance mild ADC reduction. Is it something to worry?

Mild hydronephrosis with proximal stone 6.1 mm Symptoms intense pain from 4-5 days not controlled on pain killer. Should we plan for medical management ( lots of water intake and medications) Or go for surgery RIRS or shockwave lithotripsy
