Kidney Problems

Hi All, I had creatinine 1.0 in Feb 2024 and yesterday again I did rft which had creatinine as 1.2( normal up to 1.3) and slightly elevated uric acid is 7.4. Urea 26 , calcium 9.8 and phosphorus 3.2 are normal. Is this fluctuation in creatinine and uric acid normal? I did us whole abdomen 4 months back which was clear for kidneys. Left kidney 9.8 and right kidney 10.6.

Continuously coming RBC in urine. All investigations are normal as CT Kub, CT Urography, Cystoscopy etc

Hey i am suffering from urine infection from past 2 months. The earlier urine infection got cured in which i had infection shown in my routine report but my culture report was normal. But one week before i got my culture urine test done, and found that i have Pseudomonas aeruginosa present in the report for which i have taken levofloxacin 750 mg tablet for 8 days now but i am still experiencing slight pain in both sides of my lower abdomen and also high urine frequency. Please tell what should i do to get rid of this infection as soon as possible.
