Pelvis floor dysfunction doesn’t happen suddenly while doing exercise. Sometimes terms on Internet sound catchy, kindly stop trying to learn things on Internet and trying to diagnose and treat yourself. And each pt is different so it’s even more hazardous to compare your symptoms to what others feel without having proper consultation with urologist. Consult your doctor, u will need a physical examination, an ultrasound and may be a urine routine
