Small bumps on the penis shaft
Respected Doctor, I see small rash like bumps on the pink  part of my penis since last 45 days and it comes and goes, it looks very mild on the pictures but when I take shower or times when the erection is at the maximum its clearly visible. No oozing, lesions, blisters, wax or foul smell, no pain, itching or burning sensation. I consulted a urologist a month ago, he couldn't come to a conclusion and gave me quadriderm and antibiotics along with fluka for 5 days, it felt a little better  but I see this popping back up. Sexually I am not that active recently however I  had unprotected vaginal sex on Feb 25, 2025 with a unknown lady. I first started seeing this from March 10 and had a bout of viral fever during the same period. I am not sure what this, could this be herpes? Or is this from extreme heat conditions or maybe dry masturbation which I engage in every 2 days. Sri Sri twaqure is another ointment my Doctor advised me to use. Could you pls help me know what this could be? thanks
