Small prick pain in penis. Urinating.

After i urinate, i have a habbit of clearing the urine thats remaining in the penile urethra by squeezing it. This time I accidentally squeezed it a bit deeper than normal, I suddenly noticed a small mild prick pain in the penis shaft, ever since then i feel some mild tingling pain in penis, below the testis, and occasionally pubic region. Its a very mild pain which comes and goes away in seconds. It just pinches me and goes away, comesback , goes away. I tried to mastubated after that, erection is fine but the penis is a bit weaker than normal when it is erect, i had the feeling that i mastubated many times, and tye ejaculation is not comming out completely when i masterbate while lying down, when i masterbate while standing its fine. Anything to be concerned. Im writing this on day 7 after i had that sudden prick in my penis. There is no urinary complaint. Normal Color and quality, no pain while urinating.
