My father is 55 year old and suffering from ckd and diebities but in 1 year my father suffering from E coli infection doctor give antibiotics but after 1 week again infection come still now 1 year gone  don't goes away there any way to rid this  infection? Taking regularly medicine and insulin but that Infection dont go away don't have any symstoms but some time lung Infection and vomiting occur

I have a hard lump or stone my scrotum sac , it's located between the area of both  testicles . It feels like a cyst, stone, or some kind of hardened mass.  Chatgpt gave me by considering my summary it can be scrotal pearl,cyst or epidydymis cyst or calcification. its Painless and don't cause any discomfort in ejaculation or erection or any movment - Size around size of a rice and can be touched and feel by pinching the skin inside. It can't be seen by naked eye but can feel by 2 finger - it's been there for very long time - the hard cyst sometimes pain when I pinched it too harsh and it's surrounding nerve got irritate and starting pains. I sometimes have urge to check the area and touch that cyst Concerns:I would like to know if this could be a cyst, a calcified stone, or something else, and what tests or treatment might be needed. I have overactive Bladder During night time. I am suffering from this issue from past 2 years . I had a urine test and ultrasound last year in April 2024 in which the size of prostate and everything else was normal. The physician with which I was consulting told me that urine test and ultrasound is normal and told me to take alfoo for 5 days before sleeping and asked me to stop drinking fluid after 7 pm. Alfoo did some help but it didn't cured the problem. The physician just hurried through the consultation. I need to go for urinate for atleast 6 to 7 times before sleeping and the amount of urine is exactly same every time which is pretty less. Somehow I feel that just small amount of urine production is creating a urge to urinate . This mostly happens just before sleeping at night . When I sleep with my back facing towards the ceiling, this position also creates urge to pee. This problem has really affected quality of living. If Anyone could help that would be great help.
