Kidney Problems

I have urinary incontinence and retention and also have a constipation i have a sleeping problem what is my disease . please help me it is from 2024 December 26 till now Feb 18

I am 18 years old with history of some months of anorexia when I was 13 . I never had morning erections. Tested for testosterone . Total testosterone was 850ng/dl . But free testosterone was very low at 1.7 ng/ dl , which is not even 0.2% of total testosterone. I also have libido issues . I tested prolactin being normal . Then I tested FSH it was low around 1.4 miu/ml . It should have been above 1.8 miu/ ml . I consulted some doctors ,they just say to be active but I have already been going to gym and eating very good diet for past 2 years . I fear any pituitary gland problem . So I tested for thyroid and SHBG suspecting any liver problem . I know it is excessive yet my bad history during puberty makes me anxious of any potential developmental issues since my FSH is crushed .

I underwent stapler circumcision on 4th February so its day 8. For the last 2 days, I feel pain and see yellow skin/puss (not sure) like substance around the silicon ring. I am using t-bact regularly. I am able to remove the yellow thing with very slight blood along with it with tissue paper. Not sure if this is normal. The remaining foreskin is still swollen but not painful. Only pain is around the silicon ring. Please suggest. Photography attached.

Hello doctor, I am using medication for hypertension and recently got my creatinine and uric acid test done. The values show creatinine 1.0 and uric acid is 8.3 and eGfr 99.9. Please suggest if this is normal or should I go for any medication or any abnormalities with my eGfr. My weight is 89 and height is 176 cms.

I have varicocele grade three sperm count 10 million motility progressive 25 morphology 3percent . Problem in conception trying since two years . Hormone level not normal too . Is surgery advised? Or ivf? Is surgery known to improve this ? How much month to heal ?
