Cut mark on penis and pain occur during urination and itching what should I do please prefer some medicine

I habe tightness and discomfort in groin area from some years and comes and goes. While urinating also sometimes discomfort and burning is felt. It is on one side of the groin. Frequent urinating and little discomfort while urinating sometimes. Usg of abdomen and pelvis is normal except a small inguinal hernia is found. Urine culture test shows senstive for so many antibiotics. Is this causing the problem and should I be treated for all senstive antibiotics? Please advise.

I had my stapler circumcision 7 days ago. I have donut shaped swelling under the penis head and above the stiches which is not gone yet from day 3 after removing the bandage. I am taking 6 chymoral forte tablets everyday from day 6 after my surgeons advice. There is no pain in the area when inactive but I feel heavyness during walking n standing up. My father in law has Kidney cyst in both kidneys and they are bilateral simple renal cyst he has stomach pain and gas don't passes out so pain will be there. Once he passes gas pain will reduce. Is this due to Cyst and is this curable and not harmful??
