Solution for urinary incontinence
I have a mild urinary incontinence which leads to leak of urine upon pressure like coughing, sneezing or bending over
How will I overcome this ? Is there any medication for this issue
Note : I have tried Kegel exercises but they are only effective for a while and the incontinence is repeating back again

This will need examination and some investigations before treatment.
So it's better to consult urologist physically at least Initially once
