Low testosterone level

Asked for Male, 35 Years

All tests done what is the main issue i recently had bloodwork done and noticed that my testosterone level (2.80 nmol/L), while LH (6.50 mIU/mL) and FSH (6.00 mIU/mL) are in the normal to high-normal range. Prolactin is within normal limits (7.80 ng/mL) T3 is. 1.18ng/dl t4 is 7.45 ug/dl TSH is. 4.19uiu/Ml What is the main issue why testicles are not able to produce testosterone my age is 35
