Hi Doctor, please check my foreskin retracted back during puberty growth and stucked behind glans. If i try to cover glans by manually sliding foreskin it again gets retracted and goes behind glans . Due to this i am feeling uncomfortable due to rubbing of glans with clothes, prickling of glans with jeans paint zip. Will you please tell me is this due to foreskin adhesion or Paraphimosis? Hi Doctor, My urine is yellow in colour for last 1 week. I drink lot of water during day time and in the afternoon it becomes white. But next day when I wake up, my urine is again yellow. This is repeating for last 1 week. Is this because of dehydration or something else. Urine is not smelly. Its just light to medium yellow. Kindly suggest

Hello Doctor, I recently got some lab tests done and my reports are as follows: Fasting blood sugar: 85 mg/dL Creatinine: 0.94 mg/dL Urea: 21.85 mg/dL UACR: 1.56 mcg All values seem to be within normal range. However, I am noticing foam in my urine regularly. Should I be concerned about kidney problems or protein leakage despite normal reports? Do I need any additional tests or lifestyle changes?
