Hormonal Imbalances

I would like to know the Food to eat so as to decrease sugar levels and to keep it in control with in the reference levels.

I have thyroid for more then 5 years. I am taking thyronom 75 regularly and just started homeopathy treatment last month. When I started treatment my thyroid was 4 mIU/mL after treatment it increased to 7 mlU/mL. Should I continue the homeopathy treatment.

Initially my tsh is 9.51. Doctor adviced me to take 50mcg euthyrox for 6weeks and asked to me to take antibodies test and tsh test after 6 weeks of medication. So I took euthyrox for 6 weeks. After that antibodies test result is negative. So he said that thyroid is temporary and asked me to stop medicine. 6 weeks after stopping the medicine , I went for tsh test again. Now the tsh value is 0.01 which means it is completely falling. Is it dangerous because I heard that conversion from hypo to hyper is very rare. Does it mean I have thyroid cancer?

First time I did thyroid profile test and my test reports are : T3,Total : 1.01 T4,Total : 6.11 TSH : 8..48 I am suspecting my test results to be abnormal , if this is so what should I do ? What medicines should I take to normal it.

Now I am using diaset M1 for Diabatic Can I use Glimicut M 1 instead of diaset M1 SR ? is it suitable replacement or suggest any other suitable replacement

Patient is having sugar more than 7 years and it was controlled before two years after that he did not take proper medication. Now the random sugar level is 300. So is it possible to control this sugar level through pills itself or required Insulin?
