Hormonal Imbalances

Yesterday I got my sugar randam tested and in report it was 350. I am in tension what to do. Please advise me on this.

Hi , My thyroid is 11 which is at higer side As per one of the doctor i need to skip light Horlicks as it may increase thyroid . Is this correct ? Thanks

Respected doctor's My dad took a blood sugar test on 25th July afternoon after having lunch/meals it showed his blood level as 289rt.To confirm the same we took the blood test the next day(26th July) it showed completely different sugar level of 125 pasting blood and 153 after breakfast. After seeing both the reports diabetologist advised my daddy to do excercise and walk more.which sugar level is accurate ?? The first one taken after lunch or the second report taken in the morning (Pasting and After Food). Please reply 🙏🙏 currently he didn't prescribed any medicines taking morning reading as the accurate one.

Urine problem , suddenly high sugar level increase , maximum 500 -600 mg sugar level , weakness , feeling anixous

Respected doctor's I have attached two blood sugar reading of my dad,we showed both the reading to the diabetologist.He told us that the report showing 289 is not correct and the second report with slightly elevated sugar levels taken on morning is accurate.Will blood sugar low from 289 to 153 within 15hrs.Will it be a wrong report stating the reading as 289?? We are really confused For your kind information my dad not having any medicine for diabetics.Doctor advised him to exercise and walk more but didn't prescribed medication

Please tell me the name of nasal spray for VIT b12. Also can i control my pre diabetic with diet only ?

Replied to Dr.Sahil Nazir Fulara Thanks a lot for the reply doctor I have a doubt will a sugar level lower from 289 to 153(both after food blood sugar) within 15hrs for a non diabetic patient But the first reading taken after lunch Second reading taken the next day morning after breakfast Diabetologist told the first report with 289 is not correct because the second report/reading is taken from home,Also 153 to 157 after food reading is confirmed with both glucometer and normal blood taken from vein..please reply

I was diagnosed with hypogonadism my age is 22 male and doctor prescribed be testosterone injection 100 mg / month I am confused that should I start taking testosterone or not and if I started then does I have to LIFETIME DEPEND ON THIS INJECTION OR NOT?
