My fasting sugar is 160 mg/dl and post dinner is 200 mg/dl .. i checked on beato.. do i have diabetes. if yes then what should i do..

Respected doctor's I have attached blood sugar reports of my daddy.the first report is taken from eye hospital on 26th July coz from the last couple of days my dad having double vision.They took all the test and told him to give the blood sample to check the glucose level and to our surprise result shown 289 rt after food .On that day he had lunch @3.30PM and the sample was taken by 4.13 PM.So opthalmologist confirmed Double vision is coz of high sugar and told my dad to goto diabetologist and take medicines for sugar.That day evening itself I explained all the details to the diabetologist,he advised to take the blood sugar again the next morning  and comeback.The second report I have attached taken on 27th July morning shows totally contrasting blood sugar levels Pasting blood :125 After Food:153 We again went to diabetologist and showed him the report,he suggested few exercises/walking but didn't prescribed any medicine.. Respected doctor's I have attached two reports below,one is taken on 26th July afternoon 4.13PM after food and another report taken on 27th July morning Both the blood reports are totally contrasting When we showed both the reports to diabetologist he told the first report is not correct and told us to take second report taken on morning as the correct reading.diabetologist didn't prescribed any medicines instead advised to excercise more and increase the walking.Now the actual problem is the first report showing 289rt after food is taken from eye hospital coz my dad suddenly had double vision and opthalmologist after seeing blood sugar report concluded double vision is because of high sugar.But after getting report of blood sample taken on the next day morning diabetologist is telling the report from the eye hospital is not correct and told us to go to opthalmologist.is it possible that the eye hospital might have given wrong report!??!

I have attached my father's blood sugar reports. He does not show any symptoms for diabetis but still the levels are very high. Kindly, guide me regarding this.

My mother have diabates since 2011.. her current status is fasting 202 and PP 390.. she is taking insulin named insugen30/70 in the ration 28: 16 over one month and also take diabates medicines that is galvus met 50/1000 twice a day and voglitor duo 0.3 twice a day.. after taking all this, the sugar level remains the same, we cant undrstnd what to do.. what is the reason behind not reducing the sugar level after taking insulin and medicines..

My father is having high diabetes. Earlier it was 324 and after having 4 days medicine, get inspected then it comes 350 which is quite high. Please advice what should we do in that case. He is small stone in gallbladder as well. He was taking medicine for that only after getting some symptom he got to know about sugar. This is urgent please advice.
