Hormonal Imbalances

I had been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes 2 years back .I am 30 years old. My usual readings are Fasting-110-120 mg/dl and PP - 150-170 mg/dl I take medicines just before breakfast empty stomach i.e Januvia 100 mg Gluconorm G4 Forte. I do brisk walking/light cardio roughly 3-4 times a week. I needed to know do I have to control my readings anymore?? Or do I have to change my meds. Or any other changes that i should make? Thank You

Hlo Doctor - I was having TSH >150 n was prescribed me Thyronorm 75 mcg in April 2019 After 8 weeks my TSH in June was 0.55 n I continued with 75 mcg Yesterday I rechecked n my TSH is 0.14 only... Please advise... Also I want to tell you ... A year earlier in 2018 the first time I visited the doctor when I was little weak not feeling active... That time when I did my body check for test... All was good except fir TSH.. TSH was 15 n I took medication of Thyronorm 50 mcg but after 4 months I stopped which was a mistake on my part... Please advise... Current TSH is 0.14 which I did 24 hrs i.e next morning on empty stomach.. Thanks 🙏

My fasting suger level is always normal. but pp level is slightly high. Sometimes it is more than 200 mg/dl. I do exercise 4 to 5 days in a week. I take glimipiride 1 mg & metformin 1 mg daily.also atorvastin 10 mg daily. How should i more control my pp level?

Dr my TSH level is 9.3727 and T3 T4 both are normal.. Can i drink black coffee and green tea daily? And I have started thyronorm 25 mg.. Is it fine or I should start 50 mg medicine..

Is hyperthyroidism curable ? Does it cause dehydration ? What is the diet restrictions for hyperthyroidism

I got my thyroid test today and TSH is 7.17 last year during regular checkup it was below 3-4 and my menstrual cycle is due by this week, does that impact TSH ? Do I need to consult doctor immediately? Or is this normal during periods?

Two days back my brothers foot was paining . My mother is diabetic. She checked my brothers suger level just as precaution. In morning before eating it was 185 and after eating it was 245 . Kindly suggest what we need to do immediately

My friend got excited go somewhere.she was perfect before.suddenly that day fever, palpitations, tachycardia, pulsatile headache appeared. when she met doctor he gave amoxicillin for fever saying u r just anxious.no need to worry he told.again the head ache persisted she met one other doctor he gave citirizine.head ache was cured.fever also went off.i have a doubt that isn't that thyrotoxicosis?if yes should the medication continued through out life??

My name is Ankit.. I am suffering from diabetes from past two years. I was talking gluconorm G1 tab (1 tab)  in morning on daily basis. Recently, I have changed my diet  to low carb & high protein diet & doing physical activities in gym. In doing so, my weight reduces from 62 kg to 57 kg in 1.5 months. Recently, I have given blood sample for diabetes profile M & according to reports my blood sugar levels are normal but ketones level are high
