Recently got my fasting sugar checked which is alarming..hba1c is 12.20%.hb is 10.95...can precautions take me back to normal as I dnt want to be on medicines

My father does not have diabetic condition. However, today the glucose fasting test gave121mg/dl and ppbs of 88mg/dl. Is this an issue? Why is ppbs more than fasting glucose? How to proceed? Hba1c is 6.2%

Am diabetic for almost 8 years and taking Insulin twice in a day . I will smoke thrice in a week and now quite smoking for almost 2 months . Also I will take alcohol once in a week . Continuously for 3 weeks sharp pain in my both side of ribs area so doctor advised to take chest X ray . Uploaded X ray for your referenc  . Please advice the reason for pain and let me know the next steps to proceed further..

I hve Tsh 7.96 on 3 months ago, then i eat thyrox 50 mcg, 1 tablet per day. in 1 month ago my tsh level 4.89, sudden today i have dizziness, weakness & anxiety. lightly vibrations my full body.

I am a 21 year old female. For the first time  I checked my blood sugar through at home through glucometer. Fasting blood sugar is 95mg/dl and post prandial reading is 102mg/dl. Is it normal? Is there any cause of concern? Am I at risk for developing diabetes? Please reply.

I am having hair fall problem from past 1 year... sometimes it increased and sometimes it will be normal... yesterday i had T3, T4 and TSH test. T3 = 1.28, T4 = 7.38 and TSH = 7.61.  3 days back when i had blood test my tsh was 11 so i got tensed about it and again went for checkup this time tsh is bit low but it still higher that the limit. What shall i do? Is it the main reason for my hairfall. How can i control my TSH LEVEL.
