I want permanent cure for diabetes problem. I have it for last 4 years. I am on medication. Want to get rid of it.

I am suffering from acconthesis nigricants since two years I am 27 years 9 months old Weight 93 kg and height 173 cm. My armpits neck are dark colored since two years. I am very scared I heard it is sign of pre diabetic or diabetic. What is mean can aconthesis nigricant is always diabetes or I have some time to be diabetic please suggest I am very scared.

Hi, I got a blood test done for TSH profile 3 weeks ago. TSH value was 7. Then today also I got it done.now the value is 0.6 There is a huge difference in values. Earlier I used to take 100 mg thyronorm. But from the past 3 weeks I have been taking 125 mg. Is this the reason for this difference? Also, please suggest how much mg should I take for TSH value 0.67. T3 and T 4 values are also in range
