Hormonal Imbalances

Am diabetic for almost 8 years and my age is 31.Using Insulin twice on  daily basis . Previously I smoked once in a week and also use alcohol twice in a week. Currently am stopped smoking completely but some irritation and sharp pain is there in my a two sides of rib area I thought it was gasteric issue so ate garlic regularly still the pain is there for 3 weeks . But am not coughing please let me know what will be the issue for this pain ...

I am now using ecosprin av75/20 mg and after that my suger level increasing slightly. I take amaryl m1 in morning abd glycomet sr 500 at night. My pp level stay 150-240 depending on amount of food taken before 2 hours.

My brother is detected with high blood sugar. He is just 29. Kindly provide what should we do apart from medicines

I had pcos problem for more than a year. Now that my cysts were small my gynaecologist put me on metformin to reduce my weight and insulin levels. But after taking metformin for a month I saw that my TSH levels have dropped almost 60% but my t4 levels r same. Now iam scared whether metformin caused my TSH levels to drop? And will I be hypothyroid if I continue using metformin?

Do she need to take tablet for life long in case of hyperthyroidism?? If yes is there any alternative

Hi i am having thyrox 75 since last 1 year. Initially my TSH level was 7.5 when I started the medicines. Later it increased to 18 when I stopped the medicines but after that I am continuously having normal TSH level with medicine. Can you please suggest if I can stop the medicine or how the medicine can be stopped or any other suggestion.
