Can diabetes and thyroid be cure or we can manage them only. Please tell me correct way. Bcz i am diabetic and my Tsh is up to 9.2

My BS level is F-168 PP- 325 .how l control my blood sugar levels. Please tell me about it. It can be controlled by Ayurvedic medicine or not.

I am suffering from hypothyroidism from 3 years.when I detected it my tsh level is more than 150. After that it come down to 8 two months back but now again it was up by more than than 100.iam taking 50 mg tablets.i dont understand which doctor to consult and which is the correct doseg.please help

What is the right time to take diabetic and BP tablet. Can we take both tablet in at a time . If we take at a time any side effects.

I have recently tested my TSH which is now 9.5 ,2 years before it was 5.5, I am regularly suffering from weakness, leg pain and sometimes mild pain in chest, last year my gall bladder surgery has been done. I am regularly feeling that my body's temperature is high but when I measure it has normal. I have done Anti TPO test also it is <9.0 .please advice am I feeling weakness and leg pain due to my TSH level and please suggest to whom I consult.

I am having a lot of hairfall and having difficulty loosing weight. The hairfall is mainly from frontal area.below test done. Lh 1.75, prl 10.06, free testosterone 1.97, dheas 156.7,tsh 4.87,t4 13,t3 197, amh 1.03,fsh 7.21

Respected doctor's Today we checked my dad's blood sugar levels and the results are Pasting blood reading is 108 almost normal but after food (1.30 hours) is 191.. What might be the problem Even before 20 days his sugar levels were normal!! Why is this sudden spike post the dinner?? For your kind information till now he's not taking any medicines..
