High tsh more than 50
My tsh is always fluctuating.sometimes very high n low.now my tsh is 54 and t3,t4 is normal.feeling tired , sweating in hands.tab eltroxin 100 I take.gaining weight also . thyroid problem from last 12 yrs please suggest what to do?

TSH value usually doesn't fluctuate if patient is taking tablets regularly. At present TsH is high so the dose needs to be increased. But with this history of fluctuations u must visit a doctor personally
