Anxiety and dull headache

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Iam experiencing anxiety,full pain in lower head which goes to jaw and neck,and having problems in concentrating on anything.i feel imbalance while walking since past 2 months.what could be the reasons?...I have done thyroid test.iam attaching the report here.are the thyroid levels bit low?...are the reports normal?...what should I do?
